Join us as we hit the trails and take in the season’s stunning colors\, from golden canopies to the crunch of leaves underfoot. \nThis relaxed\, beginner-friendly hike is a great opportunity to explore the preserve\, learn about the landscape\, and enjoy some fresh autumn air. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just looking for a reason to get outside\, all are welcome.  Rain Date: Sunday\, October 18\, 2026 \nRegistration is $10 per family.  In your registration\, please note the number of adults and children in your family. \nREGISTER HERE \n** $2 ACCESS tickets available: ACCESS provides $2 admission to over 80 cultural sites throughout Greater Philadelphia and Delaware for individuals receiving public assistance for food or medical benefits. SUMMARY:Night Time Glow Hike
DESCRIPTION:Step into an after-dark adventure at our Nighttime Glow Hike on Friday\, October 23rd\, at Croydon Woods! Join us as the sun sets\, the forest transforms and reveals a hidden world that comes alive under the glow of blacklights. \nJoin our knowledgeable guides for a safe\, guided hike along the trails and experience Croydon Woods Nature Preserve in a whole new way during this special evening event. Along the way\, we will pause to uncover glowing surprises\, from the tracks of nocturnal wildlife to the often overlooked brilliance of plants and fungi. \nBlacklights will be provided for all participants. After the hike\, stay and enjoy some light snacks with fellow explorers! \nThanks to grant funding\, this event is being offered for a $1.00 registration fee.  In your registration\, please note the number of adults and children in your family.
