SUMMARY:Delaware River Kayak and Hendrick Island
DESCRIPTION:Join Heritage Conservancy and the Delaware Canal State Park as we kayak from Bull’s Island to Lambertville and stop for a short hike along the shore of Hendrick Island. This island has been noted as one of the oldest in the area\, with archeological findings from the Lenape circa 500 A.D. DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, September 21st beginning at 9:30 AM for an early autumn walk through Hexenkopf Preserve in Williams Township\, Northampton County – an area rich in both spooky folklore and biodiversity! Late September is an excellent time to appreciate fall foliage\, mushrooms\, migrating birds\, and plenty more.
