SUMMARY:Aldie Spring Garden Cleanup
DESCRIPTION:April 1st\n9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and/or 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM  \nAldie Mansion\, 85 Old Dublin Pike Doylestown\, PA 18901 \nHelp prepare the gardens and grounds at Aldie Mansion for the upcoming event season. We will work to clear out the gardens and get them ready for mulching. Your work will aid in the preservation and protection of this historic property and its grounds and help ready it for season events. Events held at Aldie\, including weddings\, generate revenue that supports our work in the community! \nThere are two shifts. Lunch will be provided for volunteers who stay for the entire day (9:30AM to 3:30PM). \n*  Rain date is April 2. \nVolunteers must pre-register and complete an attendance waiver. \nTo register for this event\, please email Liz Barmach at ebarmach@heritageconservancy.org or 215-345-7020 ext. 105.

SUMMARY:Supporting Environmental Literacy Across the Curriculum with the MWEE Framework
DESCRIPTION:Join Heritage Conservancy\, the Bucks County Intermediate Unit\, and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for an educator workshop. Become a Meaningful Watershed Educational Experiences (MWEE) Ambassador by completing the online MWEE 101 course and this in-person workshop. \nLearn how to use this framework to support environmental literacy across subject areas with your students. \nThis program is for formal and non-formal educators. \nBreakfast and lunch will be provided. Six hours of ACT 48 credit available. \nCompletion of the MWEE 101 online course is an additional 8 hours of ACT 48 credit.
