Celebrate the summertime with us at our Jackson Pond Nature Preserve and immerse yourself in the beauty of the outdoors and nature in a day filled with joy and excitement for the whole family. Located at a hotspot for pollinator habitats, Pollinator Palooza is a family-friendly festival.

Highlights:

Interactive LEGO® Activity: Dive into hands-on fun with ColonialLUG’s creative LEGO® building session, themed around Pennsylvania’s aquatic insects. Explore how these fascinating creatures impact our ecosystems through the lens of LEGO®.

Yoga & Guided Meditation: Discover tranquility with the Art of Living Foundation. Enjoy rejuvenating yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation sessions designed to foster relaxation and stress relief in the beauty of nature.

Native Plants & Kids Activities: Enjoy our native plant sales, and engage with Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve’s naturalists and interns. They will be on hand with educational information about native plants and exciting children’s activities like native plant bingo.

Mindfulness & More: NAMI will be highlighting mental health and mindfulness in nature, and Planned Parenthood Keystone’s Rainbow Room will be hosting a trivia wheel on queerness in nature!

Glass Creations: Local glass worker, Tony Patti, has offered to sell his gorgeous handmade glass flower paperweights and a few other glassware items.

Poetry & Nature: Experience the beauty of nature through the lens of poetry. Explore the intersection of art and nature in a unique, reflective activity.

Kona Ice: Beat the heat with refreshing Kona Ice, available from 12 PM to 1 PM.

Family Fun: Enjoy a variety of games and activities including Adopt-a-Bug arts and crafts, a prize wheel, Giant Connect Four, ‘Bee’n Bag Toss,’ and more!

$5 per person – Early Bird Registration (must register before Wednesday, August 7th).

$6 per person – Standard Registration (any time after Wednesday, August 7th).
