100 Wild Words Contest: Nature Writing Contest and Celebration
January 11, 2025 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
We will be celebrating the words of our young Lower Bucks authors through their submissions in the 100 Wild Words Contest on January 11th at 1:30 PM, comfortably nestled within the Grundy Library.
Following last year’s inspirational submissions, which included everything from thought-provoking haikus to incredible stories of dragons helping humans restore our Earth, we’re thrilled for this year’s writing contest.
Live in Lower Bucks and want to submit your work? Click here to access the link.
Awards will be presented for:
Best Kid Nature-Themed Micro-Writer (6-10 year olds)
Best Youth Nature-Themed Micro-Writer (11-13 year olds)
Best Teen Nature-Themed Micro-Writer (14-17 year olds)
Prizes will include gift cards to Pot Heads Coffee House, Maria’s Dye In Style, King George’s II Inn, and Players Only Arcade. Pretzels will be provided during the celebration by Papa’s Pretzels!
