ACCOUNTING MANAGER (Full-Time):
Doylestown, PA (Hybrid) | $75,000–$80,000
Heritage Conservancy is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our growing nonprofit. This hands-on role covers everything from general ledger and payroll to grant reporting and year-end close — all in support of our conservation mission. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of accounting experience, nonprofit background preferred, and strong QuickBooks skills. GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR (Part-Time):
Doylestown, PA (Hybrid) | $25/hr
Heritage Conservancy is hiring a part-time Grants Administrator (15–20 hrs/week) to join our Operations team in Doylestown, PA (hybrid). This role manages the full grant lifecycle, from researching funding opportunities and writing proposals to tracking awards and preparing compliance reports. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of nonprofit grant experience, strong writing skills, and a knack for juggling multiple deadlines. Learn more and apply HERE.
