The New Faces of Heritage Conservancy

The New Faces of Heritage Conservancy

The Heritage Conservancy is excited to announce that we have added three new staff members to our team. Find out more about their roles and responsibilities in the descriptions below. Please help us make them feel welcome!

Amy Fulton, Senior Communications Associate

As Senior Communications Associate, Amy is responsible for creating engaging content highlighting Heritage Conservancy’s mission, impact, and initiatives through digital and print marketing outlets, including social media, newsletters, advertising, press releases and print publications. Amy holds a B.A. in Spanish from Shippensburg University and an M.A. in Policy Studies from Delaware Valley University. Amy was most recently the Communications & Marketing Manager at the Berks History Center in Reading, PA.

Heather Gaghan, Donor Engagement Officer

As Donor Engagement Officer, Heather is responsible for building relationships with new and existing donors, stewarding their passion for conservation, and helping shape their philanthropic goals. She works closely with the development team, board members, and executive staff to plan and implement effective, multi-year strategies for the continued growth of Heritage Conservancy and its positive, lasting impact on Bucks County and the surrounding region. Heather holds a B.A. in English from Saint Joseph’s University. She most recently worked in the Advancement Department of Solebury School in New Hope, PA.

Stephanie Tsouloufas, Resource Protection Coordinator

As Resource Protection Coordinator, Stephanie manages the administrative needs of the stewardship team, including outreach to landowners and vendors, as well as managing the filing system and schedules for the team.  Stephanie is also involved in many cross-departmental tasks, such as daily operations for staff, as well as planning and implementation of many of our events.  Stephanie initially studied kinesiology at Bridgewater State College in MA,  but has always been passionate about outdoor spaces and their preservation.  Prior to joining Heritage Conservancy, Stephanie was an administrator at the Y.A.L.E. School in Manayunk.

In addition to welcoming new staff members, we ask the Heritage Conservancy community to help us send best wishes to several staff members who will be leaving our team. We greatly appreciate your hard work and wish you every success in your future endeavors!

Grace Nicholas, Marketing and Communications Associate

As Marketing and Communications Associate, Grace executed daily marketing and communications needs, including creating content and publications for our social media pages and website. Additionally, she coordinated with other staff members to develop marketing initiatives to engage and inform audiences about our organization and its mission.

Grace shared, “It is an impossible task to list the reasons why I have enjoyed working at Heritage Conservancy, but there is one that stands above all: the staff. It has been a privilege to work alongside such passionate, smart, and dedicated people, not only to the Conservancy’s mission, but to making the world a better place in totality for all. You cannot help but feel inspired walking through Aldie Mansion’s doors, knowing the hard work that takes place behind them.”

Carryn Golden, Aldie Mansion Manager

As Aldie Mansion Manager, there was not much that Carryn was not directly involved in. Along with serving as the primary contact for weddings at Aldie Mansion, and leading tours of the grounds, Carryn worked very closely with Heritage Conservancy board and committees members, and performed critical grant work that supported the continued success and growth of the organization.

Carryn shared, “For the past five years, I’ve entered the beautiful tree-lined driveway of Aldie Mansion and strolled through the courtyard bursting with blooms to arrive at work. Upon sitting at my desk, I would look over my shoulder to gaze out upon the majestic Bur Oak—some days covered in snow, some days sheltering wedding ceremonies, and occasionally standing strong in the midst of a thunderstorm.

Aldie Mansion and its surrounding gardens has been a magical place to work and truly exemplifies Heritage Conservancy’s mission. Working with such dedicated staff who share a love for the natural world was an inspiration and I will truly miss them.”

Thank you Grace and Carryn for your passion and dedication. You will always be members of the Heritage Conservancy family!
