Native Plant Seed Sowing

November 3, 2022 @ 10:00 am

Free

Are you interested in native plants or pollinator meadows? Come join us on November 3rd at 10:00 AM in sowing seeds for a new native pollinator meadow in Buckingham.

Heritage Conservancy is converting an agricultural field at our Russell-Mandel Preserve to a native pollinator meadow. Pollinators, like bees and butterflies, are becoming increasingly vulnerable due to many factors, including the use of pesticides, the spread of invasive species, and the effects of climate change. The five-acre native meadow will provide ideal habitat for our local pollinators while giving the community an opportunity to learn about and connect with nature.

We would love to have you join us!

To register for this event, please contact Melissa Lee at mlee@heritageconservancy.org or 215-345-7020 x120. This event is free.
