Erika Blumenthal

As Vice President and COO, Erika leads finance, human resource, and operations functions at Heritage Conservancy. She brings over 20 years of operations management experience, including four in non-profit. She has held roles as COO, CFO, and Vice President Operations, managing the financials and facilities at both a local non-profit as well as at a large education company, Kaplan Inc. Erika brings a passion for mission-driven work and for building sustainable infrastructure to support the mission of Heritage Conservancy. Prior to joining Kaplan, Erika spent time teaching language and literature at Rutgers University. She earned her B.A. from La Salle University and holds a Ph.D. in German Literature from Rutgers.
