Garland Lamb

As Grants Administrator and Environmental Educator at Heritage Conservancy, Garland brings over two decades of diverse leadership experience spanning environmental conservation, development, contract management, and community engagement. Garland previously served as the Director of Development for the Sonoma Ecology Center, where she directed fundraising strategies, major gifts, and community outreach while supervising youth programming and public workshop spaces. Deeply committed to public service, Garland has fundraised for numerous education and arts foundations and co-founded a local community care initiative. Garland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics (cum laude) from the University of California, Santa Cruz, alongside degrees in English, Humanities, and Natural Science.
