Celebrate nature at our Annual Spring Carnival at Croydon Woods in Lower Bucks County. Enjoy refreshments, nature-based games and activities, family fun, and expert-led hikes into beautiful Croydon Woods.

Native Tree ID Walk
June 1, 9:00 – 10:30 AM at Fuller Preserve, Springfield Township, Bucks County
Join us for an introductory crash course on tree identification. This event will be tailored for folks just getting started with tree ID, and it will focus on how to identify over 15 common types of trees! Come and explore the diverse forest that is our Fuller Nature Preserve and get better acquainted with native PA trees.

Bats Across Bucks County: Pipersville Bat Count

Christ Lutheran Church, Pipersville, PA
Join Heritage Conservancy and naturalist Diane Allison to learn about Pennsylvania bats, why they are important, and why Durham Bat Mine is a special place. After the presentation, become a Community Scientist by helping with our annual bat count. Enjoy a lovely summer evening outside while watching bats emerge to start finding their dinner! Bring a lawn chair or blanket for the outdoor portion of the program.
