PARK LAND IN WESTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY
We are working with a municipality in western Montgomery County to help transfer 76 acres of donated natural land to be used for public access and recreation, while ensuring it will be protected for future generations.
PRESERVATION IN PLYMOUTH MEETING
We are at work on a 20-year plan to help in the long-term protection of Dickinson Farmstead and its historic houses and stone farm buildings — an important part of local Quaker history that dates back to William Penn, and a vital part of the historical context of Plymouth Meeting.
SUPPORT HISTORIC PRESERVATION
We are one of only two organizations protecting historic buildings across the full county with facade easements that legally protect historic structures.
GROWING OUR LAND CONSERVATION EFFORTS
We have helped protect 235 acres of natural land, scenic views, and open space in MontCo — land that is permanently protected by conservation easements. We have 4 new projects in the works in Montgomery County for a total of 85 new acres of land we can protect.

“My wife and I have supported the work of this incredible organization for nearly 30 years. I served on the board for 20 of them because I appreciate how they stand out as a land trust with their commitment not only to land conservation, but for historic preservation and environmental education. They are committed to honoring the past and also building a stronger future for our grandchildren and great grandchildren. Every generation benefits from their work throughout our county, and I ask you to join us in helping to keep their vital work growing strong in our community.”
