It takes a team of knowledgeable, skilled, and creative professionals to guide landowners through the preservation process and to make it to the settlement table. It takes the support of this community to enable Heritage Conservancy’s staff to be successful in that role of placing conservation easements on important natural resources.

Heritage Conservancy is grateful for the entrepreneurial and philanthropic vision of Gene and Marlene Epstein. By presenting a challenge grant from the Gene and Marlene Epstein Humanitarian Fund, they have helped Heritage Conservancy raise over $32,000.

The funds raised through this challenge grant will provide the needed funding to undertake the important work of exploring conservation opportunities, working with property owners, and taking the necessary steps that lead up to preservation.
