Our Work in Northampton County

Heritage Conservancy works with private land owners and municipalities in Northampton County to permanently protect family farms, natural lands, and open spaces that contribute to the health and beauty of the region.

Conserving Natural Lands and Farms in Northampton County

We have helped protect over 700 acres of natural land, scenic views, and open space in Northampton County — land that is permanently protected. This includes holding conservation and agricultural easements, serving as a Land Trust Beneficiary, and facilitating conservation agreements. And we have several more projects in the pipeline.

Partnering with Local Municipalities in Northampton County

We have partnered with Lower Saucon, Moore, Upper Mt. Bethel, and Williams Townships to help protect family farms and vital wildlife habitat. We provide them with resources and expertise to help protect open space.

Protecting Columcille Megalith Park

Our conservation easement on this beloved property ensures it will remain in its natural state for generations to come, protecting one of the region’s most unique outdoor spaces.
