Three-course gourmet meals by Jeffrey A. Miller Catering will be packaged and ready to be heated and enjoyed with family and friends in the comfort of your home. Then, set the mood with two custom holiday playlists on Spotify and our signature cocktail recipe.

First Course
Butternut squash soup with toasted pepitas
Four herb parker house rolls with butter
Duet Entree Course
Lemon Braised Beef Short Rib
and Salmon with moroccan lemon sauce
Served with sweet potato puree with stone-ground mustard and sautéed brussel sprouts with toasted hazelnuts
Dessert
Roasted pear & dark chocolate tart with a creme anglaise

Why not complete the package with a festive centerpiece created from materials sourced from the properties you have helped to preserve? These are designed by Heritage Conservancy’s Christmas at Aldie Committee. A limited number of centerpieces are available, with or without a meal.
