Join Heritage Conservancy and our partners at the Delaware Canal State Park on September 11th from 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM to enjoy a 7-mile kayak trip down the Delaware River with lovely views! We will kayak from Bull’s Island to Lambertville and stop at Hendrick Island. This island has been noted as one of the oldest in the area, with archeological findings from the Lenape circa 500 A.D. (Please note that the Hendrick Island shoreline is very rocky. Guests will be able to remain at the landing location or go for a short shoreline walk.)

The return to the Bull’s Island Recreation area will involve shuttling/carpooling from our Lambertville take-out area.

Kayaks, PFDs, and paddles are all provided thanks to our partners at the Delaware Canal State Park. Snacks will also be provided.

The cost of this event is $30 per person. For questions, please contact Shannon Fredebaugh-Siller at sfredebaugh@heritageconservancy.org or by calling 215-345-7020 ext. 104.

(Due to river levels, the event may run late.)
